Event Photography

My journey in event photography covers a variety of occasions, from small gatherings to large-scale events. I’ve had the privilege of working with well known organizations like the Peace Corps and TEDx, both events hosted at Colorado State University. I enjoy event photography because it combines structured and creative storytelling, and the photographs delivered post-event unfold the story of what transpired. My role is to create an immersive experience that makes viewers feel as though they were present at the event themselves.

AID STATION 2023

FoCo Fondo, an event hosting unique and unforgettable gravel races, unites a community of thrill-seekers who revel in the excitement of racing and social gatherings. On the challenging 118-mile Triple Dog Dare You Route, Bonfire Effect proudly sponsored an aid station with a hot dog theme. I had the privilege of photographing this dynamic booth as riders sped by or paused for a well-deserved break, capturing moments of both intensity and connection.

Throughout the summer of 2023, I completed a photography internship with Bonfire Effect, a creative marketing agency located in Northern Colorado. After finishing my internship, I was hired to photograph an event hosted by Bonfire, which brought together creative professionals and marketers across the community to network and build relationships.
